Parent-teacher interview bookings are now open

The booking system for parent-teacher interviews is now open.  The only way to make an appointment is via the link and instructions below. Appointment spots are allocated on a first-in basis, so get in early.

• Dates: Monday 8 and Tuesday 9 March (After school)

• Is there a COVID plan in place? Yes
• Bookings close to families: Thursday 4 March at about 9:00pm
• Do students attend the meeting? Yes, this is a perfect opportunity to discuss learning goals and your child should be part of that discussion
• If my child has moved classes, is it worth booking in an interview? Although your child might be new to the classroom teacher, this is a perfect opportunity to meet your child's teacher and help them get to know your child better.

School review this week

This week, our school received its full school review.  This happens every four years.  We were privileged to have four very experienced Principal's spend the week at Coomera Rivers, looking at how we operate and the great work that is happening in our classrooms.  They spoke with over 330 students, parents, staff and community members in order to gain a really clear picture of our school.  Their report was extremely positive and we will use the information to create our next Four Year School Plan.  I will share parts of their 34 page report findings with the community when the full report arrives.

Thank you to Chris, Boyd, Lee and Anthony for their wonderful contributions to our school.  I would also like to extend my gratitude to everyone who participated so positively in the review, especially our staff who were showing the very comprehensive work we do to be Good at learning - Good at life.
