Great work this week
Great maths work
Jake from 2B sharing a selfie of his great maths work. Well done Jake!
My pet keeps warm
This week 3/4WH began their unit on conductors, focusing on pets and how they keep themselves warm. They reached out to the world to show 3/4WH how far their love of science could stretch. They received a few photos back from Scotland, Hong Kong, Ireland and Texas. This gave children a real understanding of how the weather can be very different around the world and that animals need to adapt to the drops in temperature - especially in Glasgow. Brrrrrrrrrrrrr!

Prep explorations
Our Prep S and Prep O classes were really busy in the classroom as they investigated number, shapes and more and less concepts. Clever work everyone!

Community services
This week, Year 3 has been researching members of our school community for our HASS unit. We used flip grid to learn more about the wonderful people in our school such as Julie from the cafe and the groundsmen Tony & Allen. The students loved getting to know the members of our school more and better understand how and why they help us.

On the hunt for fractions mastery
3GN have been focused on mastering their fractions this week. They needed to complete a range of different activities both inside and outside the classroom. Well done!
