OSHC News - New Sport Program
Mr Campbell is looking after the health and wellbeing side of our program and has been busy creating an engaging Soccer Skills program for our children to participate in on a weekly basis.
The program is held every Monday and Wednesday after school care and focuses on developing basic soccer skills such as passing, shooting and dribbling, as well as teaches the children about how the game is played and the rules involved.
As well as running the Soccer program, Mr Campbell has also put a focus on healthy eating habits, challenging the children to eat two pieces of fruit a day, drink at least one litre of water each day and for those who want the extra challenge, to not eat any chocolate for the week! It has been amazing seeing so many children, of all ages, get involved and give it a go, so excited to share their achievements with their peers, educators and of course, their families.
We can’t wait to see each child’s progress as the program continues!
