Great work this week
Year 34WH claim their prize
On Friday 3/4WH went to Dreamworld to claim their prize from the recyclable scarecrow competition. They had an awesome day exploring animals and threats to their environments. They got to see touch and pat animals such as a bilby, snake, blue tongue lizard and a turtle. They also watched the tiger show and had a blast.

We need Rudolph
WOW! Oliver has improved with his writing this term. He shared his latest persuasive writing as to why 2A need Rudolph. Well done Oliver!
Recycling matters in 2T
2T and Mrs Taylor have been working hard to persuade me to provide paper recycling bins in the classrooms.
The students came up with the idea to work in small groups to create posters and a presentation to share with the other classes. Then they asked these students some questions and asked them to vote.
The results were interesting so I asked 2T to see what other year levels think of the idea. The class said they would be happy to survey the other year levels as they feel passionately about this.
I am now convinced!
Excellence award
Well done to Shaylen and Kayden from 5C on earning their awards this week.
