When changing over to School24 at the start of the year, we shared with School24 families feedback in regards to two main issued:

• The app not remembering you and having to log in each time
• The app not remembering card details and having to enter payment details every order.
       

School24 have advised that, based on our feedback, they have had both the IOS and Android apps updated and the "remember me" function for logging into the app should now be working.

If your app is still not doing this, please go into the app store / google play store and manually update your app. If, after doing this, the app is still not "remembering" you at log in, please email the P&C and we will log this with School24 who will then assist.

In relation to the feedback around the card details for payment not being remembered, School24 are also working on having this updated so these details can be saved. School24 have recognised that this is taking longer than they would like to rectify with their payment provider and, to show our families that they are committed to providing our school exceptional service, School24 have removed the parent cafe ordering fee until the remember credit details issue has been resolved.
