Volunteering in 2025
Volunteers are an amazing and valued asset to Coomera Rivers. They help us in classrooms, on excursions, in the library and in Crusaders Cafe. In 2025 we need your help more than ever before.
As you may know, by law, you must complete an annual induction and registration process. This is a simple process and ensures that we meet all regulatory requirements in the way of mandatory training required by the Department of Education.
In 2025, the volunteer process will continue to be an online process sent to volunteers to complete in the comfort of their own home and return to us for acceptance. Existing families of Coomera Rivers will have until Friday 7 March 2025 to become a registered and inducted volunteer for 2025.
This means, if you intend to offer your assistance:
- on an excursion
- in the classroom
- in Crusaders Cafe
- at school events or
- in any other capacity within the school community
you MUST have completed the simple registration and induction process before Friday 7 March.
No further inductions and registrations for 2025 volunteers can be processed after this date. The flyer below contains all the important information and deadline details.
