Over the past few weeks, our senior Pacifikai students have been exploring creative ways to prepare vegetables in new and exciting ways. They experimented with a Fijian-inspired dish called michii—a ceviche-style recipe—but with a twist: they swapped out the raw fish for capsicum, onion, cucumber, and pineapple. This week, students got hands-on in the kitchen, whipping up delicious sweet potato dip and tzatziki dip. The dips were met with both positive and negative reviews, but it was a fun and engaging experience for all!
