The Resilience Project - Year 4 Snapshot
This week in Year 4 students explored a lesson about Mindfulness.
Students have:
- Completed a body scan meditation video. A body scan helps you to focus on one part of you body at a time, relaxing it as move on.
- discussed what emotions they felt after the body scan
- completed a See, Think, Feel mindfulness activity outside
- discussed how mindfulness can also be focusing on one thing with our brains (what we see, what we think or how we feel)
- As a class discussed how we can use mindfulness in different scenarios
