We are pleased to let you know that from the first day of next Term, students will be able to use their Student ID card to make over-the-counter purchases from the Café before school and at second break. These purchases will be limited to non-coffee items, snacks, drinks, and ice creams (please note – hot food is not available via student ID card purchases at this stage).

To support families to prepare for when cards are sent home during Week 10 of this Term, we have included with this communication a guide on:

• How to link your child’s Student ID card to their School24 account
• How to set a daily spending limit (we strongly encourage all parents to set a limit for their child)

A few important details:

• Student ID cards will include your child’s photo, and Café staff will check that the image matches the student before accepting payment.
• Replacement cards will incur a cost if a card is lost or damaged.
• Cards will be sent home during Week 10 of this Term so they are ready to use at the start of next Term.
