We are very excited to tell you all that we now have our very own cook here at OSHC and it is our amazing Miss Raelene.

Miss Rae loves to cook in the kitchen and all the children rave about how amazing the food is at breakfast and afternoon tea when they are told Miss Rae made the food. We thought we would take the opportunity to use Miss Rae’s strengths in the kitchen and let her take care of the kitchen duties, preparing our menu and specialising in preparing all of our delicious menu items.

Miss Rae has completed a certificate in business catering, managed an extended restaurant and has always loved cooking for her family. The knowledge Miss Rae has around food safety, food preparation and delivery is second to none.

We are so excited to see all the yummy food on the menu! If you have any menu suggestions for Miss Rae, she would LOVE to hear them!
